CDM Coordinator

The ‘CDM Coordinator’ or ‘CDM-C’ role came in to being on 6th April 2007 under the new CDM Regulations. This replaces and enhances the old role of ‘Planning Supervisor’.

At Queensborough Project Management, we use our expertise to add value from the outset of all projects the construction phase. The new CDM regulations focus on competency and as a specialist practice, we not only deliver insight and suggest solutions but we do this quickly and cost effectively too.

Health & Safety Consultancy

We attend pre contract meetings, carry out risk assessments, draw up method statements and Stage 2 (Construction Phase) Health & Safety plans. We deliver Site Inductions and carry out Site Inspections with Reports to ensure the plans are being followed.

We are health and safety consultants which means that we can also review and advise upon the health & safety management processes of both small and large organisations - giving vital protection to senior managers and board directors in the face of possible corporate manslaughter charges.
